Diving into the depths of my mind and its thoughts, I found most of my life had been spent on internal conversations I was innocently denying. It is said, we have more than six thousand thoughts a day, those thoughts are the voice of reason and every one of them is chosen either consciously or by default. When I say by default, I mean, “not choosing, is a choice,” even if I don’t know I am choosing. Those choices are entered into my Bio-computer, my mind, and reenacted, without my awareness; most refer to this action without awareness as “Autopilot.” And really, the mind is doing its own thing without me, just as I trained it to do. Why would I want to share this? Well because, I didn’t know until I turned 55 years of age when I was exploring, what makes me think as I do and in the relearning of myself it opened me up to a whole new range of choices, an entirely different life and a reality based in truth. This, in a nutshell, is what most of us feel is missing in our lives. And this is, our true self/essence! We buried our essence behind our thinking.
They say, “if you are talking to yourself that’s ok just don’t get caught answering or they will think you’re crazy.” We are constantly having conversations with our-self. If you follow through with this course, it can be a shortcut to a whole new reality, “without drugs” because, what is here will be remembered by you as your life moves forward and by reflection. I finally found my purpose, that is to help you find you, in that you will find your purpose your, passion! What you are is felt, not thought, so let’s enjoy the ride to find love. If we don’t know how to love our-selves we cannot love anyone including our children, we just think we are. And to me… that is not good enough. If we say we love our children, then maybe we should know how to love our-selves. Through this course you will!
First point: Identification
In my/these teachings: All our life has been spent in conversation with this other entity, even though the mind has not been welcomed or identified as an entity unto itself, it has been allowed; and the mind now needs our help because it doesn’t know the damage it is doing to itself. Just in case you need some incentive…your mind is taking you with it!
Most of our lives have been spent denying the minds existence because of its fears of other peoples’ opinions. So, what if it’s time to take the pressure off our mind and set it free to heal itself and through healing it-self, the body begins to heal. By knowing our essence, we can take the helm of our vestal,” the body.” This is what’s known as setting our- “self” free to do its job, allowing us more freedom becoming a win, win!
Second point: the tool!
In my teachings or I should say reminding’s; these terms that follow are for simplicity; in my research I’ve discovered “the Mind, Brain, Ego, are the same or one.” These terms are different words used for the same things; they can be very confusing for instance some use mind for “divine mind” when really it is energy containing all the information in the universe. So, notice the small things; it is in those little things that the truth hides. Mind, Brain, Ego, Self, I, Me are one and the same. Soul, Spirit, Essence, Energy, Chi, God, and Love are all one and the same. In these writings and video’s, I will sometimes refer to the mind, as our “Tool.” There are many things people will say about this and the point is, “we are not the physical form!” That includes the tool, our mind, the mind is the physical forms operating system. We will go into these points deeper.
Third point: Identity
In my teachings and research, “we are allowing beings, love, energy, essence, Chi, etc.” we are not forceful, mean, loud or reactive, love does not need things it’s way, or any way, love is allowing without judgment. The other point I want to make here is that energy/love never dies, it transforms; so, the “real you” will never die, you move on, yes, you leave the physical to become… once again. We have allowed everything and everyone, including our mind to run our lives, our mind, brain, ego has unintentionally become our jailor because of the way we programed the mind from our habitual responses during childhood into adulthood; through our choices and instructions though it has gone unrecognized.
Without an identity or knowing what we are we program our minds to fit in and appear normal, that programming becomes our habits and our jail bars. Our life, in the physical is meant for our enjoyment, through sharing our purpose, though few have informed us of this and of our identity. “To me, our identity is the biggest one.” (Because without an identity we are winging life.) “Not that some haven’t attempted too!” Many have shared, spoken and walked the example on this topic including, Jesus, Gandhi, and Buddha, just to mention a couple. If these individuals and many, many others came to these same conclusions independently, then there might be some truth to it.
